Short summary:  The undersigned is glad to know that the addressee has all the Reports of the Librarian ever since 1939 when he began his work; the medal of Menabeno is not at the Boston Medical Library although it is listed in the catalogue by Storer; the portrait medal of Harvey Cushing was made by Paul Adrian Brodeur, no extra supply of the medal is known, and the medal was not very well accepted by Dr Cushing and his associates; request for help in finding the second, third and fourth editions of a book by Benjamin Waterhouse
